Position: Retail Sales Associate

Hours: 15 weekly

POSITION SUMMARY:

Completes Opening Procedures 

○ Count drawer 

○ Start Music 

○ Light Candle 

○ Turn Lights on 

○ Refresh Floor

○ Pack, Prepare & Ship Online Orders 

Fills Online/Local Pickup Orders

○ Includes pulling, checking, packing and shipping orders

○ Builds Boxes for Online Orders

○ Writes Thank You Cards for Orders

○ Prints and places shipping labels

Maintains Inventory & Stock on Floor 

○ Includes unboxing/pulling, tagging, barcoding, hanging, and steaming clothing

○ Creates Size Tags

○ Print barcodes and tag all merchandise

○ Create restock lists when stock looks low on the floor

○ Organize and label new merchandise in cube shelves with barcode stickers inside sheet protectors

○ Check & Restock inventory on floor when needed

Provides Exceptional Customer Service

○ Greet each person who walks through the door in a genuinely friendly manner

○ Offer fitting rooms to customers carrying products

○ Assist customers in locating a particular size or color of merchandise

○ Pull and pack local pickup orders and mark them as picked up

○ Replace un purchased items back onto the floor

○ Process both in-store and online returns

○ Check out in-store customers as they make purchases

○ Gift wrap items upon customer request

○ Thank customers as they exit the building with a friendly goodbye

Change Mannequins weekly with new arrivals

Create, pull and accessorize outfits for model photoshoot

Complete Closing Tasks

○ Balance Cash Drawer

○ Take Out the Trash

○ Vacuum floor, fitting rooms & backroom 

○ Wipe down counter with glass cleaner

Create Social Media Content 

○ Video “try on clips” detailing new clothing

○ Create Reels/Tiktoks

○ Research trending audios and styles for inspiration 

○ Participate in live sales as needed

○ Take styled outfit photos

Position: Fashion Influencer & Content Creator 

POSITION SUMMARY

As our Fashion Influencer & Content Creator, you will bring our brand to life through creating engaging social media content. You will style and model our products, create trend-driven videos, and foster a fun and interactive online community that reflects our boutique's unique personality. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about fashion, social media, and building community connections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling Instagram/Facebook and TikTok content that highlights our products, trends, and styling tips.

  • Host in-store videos, including live sales featuring new arrivals, styling sessions, and boutique updates.

  • Engage with followers through comments, stories, and live sessions to build a loyal community.

  • Collaborate with our marketing team to brainstorm creative campaigns and promotions.

  • Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and adapt them to align with our brand’s aesthetic.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in creating engaging, high-quality video content.

  • Passionate about fashion and able to confidently style outfits that appeal to our audience.

  • Strong communication skills with a fun, approachable personality.

  • Comfortable working on-site in our boutique in Columbus, GA.

  • Active and influential social media presence, particularly on TikTok and Instagram/Facebook 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as a fashion influencer, model, or content creator.

  • Familiarity with Southern boutique fashion trends.

  • Ability to edit videos and use social media tools to enhance content.
