Shipping
All items are in stock and ready to ship. Orders are processed within about 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Selecting VIP at checkout will expedite this process.
Domestic Shipping
We offer free shipping on every item, every order. No minimum! All orders are shipped out via the United States Post Office or UPS, depending on pricing. Delivery times may vary from 2-7 days depending on service times from the Post Office/UPS
Local Pick-Up
Local pick-up is at Euphoria Salon, located at
6440 West Hamilton Park Dr. Suite I & J, Columbus, GA 31909. This is right behind Rooms to Go, right across from their previous location.
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within about 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready for you to pick up.

Monday-Thursday 8am-8pm
Friday 9am-5pm
Saturday 9am-3pm
Hours are subject to change without our knowledge.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@shopsassyandsouthern.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
What if my Package is Missing?
If your package has been in transit for more than 7 days with no updates we will file a missing mail search with the United States Post Office.
If your package is still not delivered after 15 days of being in transit we will file a claim with the United States Post Office.
Filing a claim can take 30 days and during this time we will not be able to issue a refund or ship out new items. We are sorry for the inconvenience that this may cause but as a small business we are not able to be responsible for packages once they leave our facility.
What if my Package shows delivered but I did not get it?
If your package shows delivered but you did not receive the package you will need to reach out to your local post office. After 7 days have passed from the date the package was delivered we will follow the Missing Mail procedures outlined above. We are sorry for the inconvenience that this may cause but as a small business we are not able to be responsible for packages once they leave our facility.
