Shipping

 All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer $7 flat rate shipping to US only, and we offer free shipping on orders over $99. All orders are shipped out via the United States Post Office. Delivery times may vary from 2-7 days depending on service times from the Post Office

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 6298 Veterans Pkwy Suite 2H Columbus Ga, 31909.  After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@shopsassyandsouthern.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

What if my Package is Missing?

If your package has been in transit for more than 7 days with no updates we will file a missing mail search with the United States Post Office.

If your package is still not delivered after 15 days of being in transit we will file a claim with the United States Post Office.

Filing a claim can take 30 days and during this time we will not be able to issue a refund or ship out new items. We are sorry for the inconvenience that this may cause but as a small business we are not able to be responsible for packages once they leave our facility.

What if my Package shows delivered but I did not get it?

If your package shows delivered but you did not receive the package you will need to reach out to your local post office. After 7 days have passed from the date the package was delivered we will follow the Missing Mail procedures outlined above. We are sorry for the inconvenience that this may cause but as a small business we are not able to be responsible for packages once they leave our facility.

 

Returns

We do not offer Refunds. Store Credit/Gift Card will be issued for the cost of the item only.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit/gift card. For online orders, this is 30 days after you have received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. If it is an item that came in special packaging, it must still be in the packaging. 

DAMAGED ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF BEING DELIVERED.

We cannot accommodate requests for exchanges. Once we receive the returned items back, we will issue a store credit. This will come to either your e-mail or phone number associated with your order. (Check your junk folder if it doesn't show up). You can then add the new item(s) to your cart and check out. Be sure to enter your code that was sent to you at checkout.

You will be responsible for paying any shipping costs for returning your item, AND purchasing the new item(s) that you need. We do not have markups in our items to cover shipping charges.


Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • SALE ITEMS. Any item listed under the "Sale Tab" or discounted 50% or more.
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Bath Products (SOAP, BATH BOMBS)
  • Seasonal Items (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving Etc.)
  • Bodysuits


To complete your return, we require a receipt or some type of proof of purchase.

Sale items (Discount of 50% or more) cannot be returned.

If this was a local pick-up or you are local and can return at the designated area, you may also return it to the same location that you picked it up for no fees or charges.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
