Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit/gift card.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags and in the same condition that you received it. If it is an item that came in special packaging, it must still be in the packaging.

- Seasonal Items (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving Etc.)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or some type of proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We do not offer Refunds. Store Credit/Gift Card will be issued for the total amount minus any shipping costs.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

If this was a local pick-up or you are local and can return at the designated area, you may also return it to the same location that you picked it up for no fees or charges.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
