Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit/gift card. For online orders, this is 15 days after you have received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags and in the same condition that you received it. If it is an item that came in special packaging, it must still be in the packaging.
DAMAGED ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF BEING DELIVERED.
We cannot accommodate requests for exchanges. Once we receive the returned items back, we will issue a store credit. This will come to either your e-mail or phone number associated with your order. (Check your junk folder if it doesn't show up). You can then add the new item(s) to your cart and check out. Be sure to enter your code that was sent to you at checkout.
You will be responsible for paying any shipping costs for returning your item, AND purchasing the new item(s) that you need. We do not have markups in our items to cover shipping charges.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or some type of proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We do not offer Refunds. Store Credit/Gift Card will be issued for the cost of the item only.
