We do not offer Refunds. Store Credit/Gift Card will be issued.
Once receiving your order you have 15 days to return. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit/gift card. For online orders, this is 15 days after you have received it in the mail. For local pick up orders, this is 15 days from placing your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. If it is an item that came in special packaging, it must still be in the packaging.
DAMAGED ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF BEING DELIVERED.
We cannot accommodate requests for exchanges. Once we receive the returned item(s) back, we will issue a store credit. This will come to either your e-mail or phone number associated with your order. (Check your junk folder if it doesn't show up). You can then add the new item(s) to your cart and check out. Be sure to enter your code that was sent to you at checkout.
Non-returnable items:

- Jewelry of all kind
- Hats of all kind
- SALE ITEMS. Any item listed under the "Sale Tab" or discounted 30% or more.
- Seasonal Items (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving Etc.)

If you are local and wish to drop off, you can do so at Euphoria Salon. Please have the item(s) secured in a bag with some way to identify the order belongs to you.
