What is Order Return Protection?

Order Return Protection is a new option we have to make returns so much easier! It is priced based on the dollar amount of your order starting at $1.99 and maxes out at $4.99. If you purchased this at checkout, and you need to return something from your order (or many items from your order) it covers return shipping to us for FREE! We will send you a return label and you drop it in the mail to get it back to us. Once we receive the item(s) back, we will issue a store credit code to you where you can purchase the new size you need or something different from our store. And as always, the shipping will be free on that item! The Return Protection covers one free return label. This can be 1 item from your order or multiple items, it just has to be in one package.

I am local to Columbus, GA and I want to pick up my order locally, what are the details on this process?

We have teamed up with Euphoria Salon, and you can pick up your order there. Usually they will be ready in about 24 hours. You will be notified by email or text when it has been dropped off at Euphoria for you to pick up.

What if I am local to Columbus, GA and need to return something?

It's so easy! Just drop your return off at Euphoria Salon (our old Main Street neighbor)! Make sure the bag is closed up and there is a way to identify your order in there. (Order number, name, etc.) We will pick it up from Euphoria and then send you a store credit by email/text and you can repurchase what you would like from the store. Free shipping to you on the new items, as always, or select local pick up from Euphoria Salon.

What if I did not purchase Return Protection and I need to return something by mail?

Just let us know by email (hello@shopsassyandsouthern.com) and we will send you a return label. The price of the label will be deducted from the amount of the store credit that you will be getting. Example: Top needing to be returned is $40. We send you a label that cost us $8. Your store credit once we receive the item would be $32 because of the cost of the shipping label.

How do I know what size to get?

We recommend reading the description of the item and looking at all photos and videos for that item. We try to put as much info as we can. You can always e-mail us at hello@shopsassyandsouthern.com.

How long does it take for you to ship my order?

All items are in stock and ready to ship. Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days with our standard free shipping option. If you paid the $5 "VIP" option, your order will be processed before the others and ship out quickly.
