What is Order Return Protection?

Order Return Protection is a new option we have to make returns so much easier! It is priced based on the dollar amount of your order starting at $1.99 and maxes out at $4.99. If you purchased this at checkout, and you need to return something from your order (or many items from your order) it covers return shipping to us for FREE! We will send you a return label and you drop it in the mail to get it back to us. Once we receive the item(s) back, we will issue a store credit code to you where you can purchase the new size you need or something different from our store. And as always, the shipping will be free on that item! The Return Protection covers one free return label. This can be 1 item from your order or multiple items, it just has to be in one package.

If you are local to Columbus, GA, there is no need to purchase this if you are willing to drop off a return at Euphoria Salon. Euphoria Salon will accept returns for Sassy & Southern. Just be sure it is in a closed/sealed bag with something to identify the order. Name, order number, etc.
